The team is made up entirely of amazing women, including orphans, and they offer free baking and business training to women in need, especially those who’ve faced tough situations. Part of their profits go toward supporting local street vendors and sharing food with people in need around Mataram and West Lombok. They also bake with pride in local flavors, with special creations like Vegan Tahu Lombok, Ayam Taliwang Bread, and Sate Rembiga Bread.
