Kanaria Farm: From Farm-to-Table to Sustainable Snacks
In 2022, Kanaria Farm began with a farm-to-table concept, using homegrown vegetables to produce healthy, modern snacks and meals with local ingredients. However, farming operations had to be paused, and the focus shifted to continuing snack production using locally sourced vegetables from Lombok. As a small business, Kanaria Farm engages young family members in production and sales, teaching them entrepreneurship from an early age. The business is gradually transitioning to eco-friendly packaging with less plastic, aligning with sustainable practices. Participating in LEM activities in Kuta and Senggigi has supported this shift, demonstrating the potential for continued growth and environmental responsibility.
